The Tacoma Fur Traders and Biloxi Shuckers played an exciting game at Ballpark of Tacoma.

The Tacoma Fur Traders topped the Biloxi Shuckers by the score of 4-2, with the biggest share of the credit going to right fielder Josh Mawdesley. Mawdesley was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Fur Traders on the day. Milton Mathews was credited with the save for Tacoma, his 14th of the season.

Mawdesley had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Fur Traders went on to win.

"Enjoyed this one," Mawdesley told the Tacoma Chronicle. "But it's back to work tomorrow."

Tacoma currently is in 9th place in the Premier AA at 29-42.
