Big Day for Plugge as Silver Sox Down Fur Traders, 11-4
The Reno Silver Sox relied on the hitting of designated hitter Felix Plugge to stop the Tacoma Fur Traders, 11-4. For the game, Plugge went 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles. He drove in 5 runs and scored once. Kendarian Handy-Holly got the win, improving to 1-0. He held the Fur Traders to 2 earned runs on 5 hits over 5.2 innings, while striking out 3 and walking 1.
