The Bloomington Longnecks got a strong performance from pitcher Marcos Tejedor, who stymied the Scranton offense en route to a 7-2 win at Lookouts Ballpark. Tejedor, the winner, moves to 8-5. He threw 5.1 innings of 3-hit ball, while fanning 5 and giving up 3 walks. Bloomington is now 44-30.

Early in the game, shortstop Moriz Ayushiev had a 2-run single for Bloomington. It was his 37th hit of the season and put the Longnecks on top, 2-0.
