The Bloomington Longnecks dealt the Scranton Supernovas a 5-3 loss at Lookouts Ballpark. Richello Mabait was the star on offense. He was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Bloomington reliever Steve Wortley picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Juriaan Roos shouldered the loss. Bloomington goes to 43-30, Scranton to 34-39.

Benedict Patel hit a 2-run triple off Juriaan Roos in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Longnecks in front, 5-3. Patel had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 3.
