Díaz Slaps 5 Hits
It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Jorge Díaz today. Díaz went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Santa Barbara pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Crane Field, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the Florida Men had a 15-5 victory over the Golden Cranes.

"Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview.

Jorge Díaz singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

In 24 games Díaz is hitting .309 this season with 29 hits, 5 home runs, 26 RBIs, 10 walks, .374 OBP and has scored 13 runs.
