Correa Dazzles in Phoenix Hotspur Win
|
Phoenix Hotspur turned a good effort from starter José Correa into a win over the Richland Rails at Grenadiers Ballpark. The final score was 5-1. Phoenix Hotspur now sits at 36-61, while Richland falls to 46-51.
The Rails had little chance against Correa, who overpowered Richland hitters and struck out 10.
"That's the key at this level, throwing strike one," said Correa. "Successful pitchers do it."
