The Olympia Ogres handed the Asheville Highlanders a loss at The Ogre Den. The final score was 9-2. Nigel Sturges was named player of the game for Olympia. In addition to his 1 single and 1 home run, he scored 3 runs and drove in 1. He also added 2 walks. The Ogres' win now puts them at 37-52.
