Boston Patriots starter Eric Matson was in fine form against the Vancouver Grey Wolves at Dunkin Donuts Park, leading his team to a 2-1 win. Armando Garay notched his 3rd save in 4 chances. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Boston.

The Patriots got a big at-bat from center fielder Yu-shu Kang. For the game, Kang went 1-3 with a double. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 8th double of the season gave Boston a 2-1 lead.

"I still think this team has room for improvement," Kang told the Boston Times.
