Brooklyn turned a good effort from starter Davis Sawyer into a win over the Hollywood Shredders at The Hollywood Bowl. The final score was 6-2. Brooklyn is now 24-35. Hollywood is 31-28.
Jérôme Masson, who is rated as the 24th best prospect by BNN, contributed to the Brooklyn win with a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 runs batted in.
