Peter Glenn never let Plymouth get something going. The Alloway right-hander commanded his slider in pitching the Halberds to a 6-1 win. Glenn, the winner, moves to 4-7. He threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 3 and giving up no walks. Even with the win, the Halberds have a dismal 24-57 record.

Bass Reeves aided the Alloway cause with a 2-run triple in the top of the seventh. For the game, the shortstop was 2-4 with a triple and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

Glenn told a Alloway Gazette reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
