Victory Over Halberds Takes Royse City to 9-6
Royse City pitcher Julián Moreno did his part in helping his team beat the Alloway Halberds, 7-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Moreno, now 2-1, was the winner. In 7.1 innings, he gave up 9 hits, while striking out 3, walking 1, and allowing 3 earned runs. Manuel Torres earned the save for Royse City, his 1st of the year.
