Victory Pushes Disaster Record to 8-3
|
Port Royal Disaster starter José Blanco pitched a strong game against the Athletic Club KC Reserves at Ballpark of Port Royal, leading the Disaster to a 5-3 win. Paco Salazar closed the game out for Port Royal, earning his 3rd save. The Disaster keep rolling, raising their record to 8-3.
Wrangler Haresnape, who is rated as the 94th best prospect by BNN, aided the Port Royal cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the first. For the game, the designated hitter was 1-3 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Haresnape told the Port Royal Herald.
