The Port Royal Disaster got their 2035 USSL Triple A season off to a good start, defeating the Plymouth Rocks, 4-2. Aurelio Jiménez was 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. For his pace-setting performance, he was named player of the game. Paco Salazar earned the save for Port Royal, his 1st of the year.
Anson Darrah, who was drafted in the two round of the 2033 draft, aided the Port Royal cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the right fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles.
