Swift Throws 5-Hitter En Route to 6-1 Eclipse Win
|
Lawrence Swift pitched a gem to lead Northville to a 6-1 victory over the Athletic Club KC Academy. The Eclipse bumped their record to 46-24 with this latest triumph.
Swift was in the zone all game. He frustrated Athletic Club KC Academy hitters while giving the Eclipse 9 innings of quality work. Swift threw 111 pitches, allowing 5 hits and getting 5 punchouts.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Swift said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
