Hotspur Reserves Lose, 6-1, at Dodos Ballpark
|
Hialeah Dodos starter Anastasio Cabanillas Jr. was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves, 6-1. Hialeah is now riding a 3-game win streak.
The Dodos got a big at-bat from right fielder Kumanosuke Asano. For the game, Asano was 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 7th double of the season gave Hialeah a 3-1 lead.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Cabanillas Jr..
