The Vancouver Grey Wolves got a magnificent performance from pitcher Gerardo Pagán, who muffled the Boston offense en route to a tight 3-1 Grey Wolves win at Wolf Den in Vancouver. Yeon-kyu Kim recorded the save for Vancouver, his 8th of the season. Vancouver is now 17-8, 2 games up in the Premier League.

Camarillo, California-born Hugh Mungus came through in the clutch. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd and the Grey Wolves trailing 1-0, he hit a 2-run home run to left to put Vancouver on top.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Pagán told the Vancouver Daily News.
