Grey Wolves Throttle Bowties, 5-1

Vancouver Grey Wolves starter Kenny Aarnoutse was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Buckhead Bowties, 5-1. Aarnoutse, the winner, moves to 1-0. He threw 6 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 7 and giving up 3 walks. Ramón Costello recorded the save for Vancouver, his 2nd of the season.
Michael Ward, who is tied for 8th in the PL in stolen bases with 6, contributed to the Vancouver win with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
