Rincón Wins SR Player of the Week Monday, August 21st, 2034 The Staten Island Pizza Rats received word today that center fielder Tony Rincón was selected USSL Rookie Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Rincón took full advantage of all 24 plate appearances last week as he hit .522 with 12 hits, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 2 runs scored. So far this year, Rincón is batting .300 with 3 home runs and 17 RBIs. |
