Wesson Clumpway Out for Season Thursday, August 17th, 2034 A blow for Wesson Clumpway today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 5-6 months with a broken kneecap. Clumpway suffered the injury making a defensive play. Although officials from the Athletic Club KC U-21 are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Clumpway's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. Clumpway is hitting .309 this year with 1 home run and 19 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .382, 32 walks and scored 26 times. |
