Martínez Nabs PR Most Valuable Player Award Wednesday, September 27th, 2034 Carlos Martínez of the Ogallala Octopi had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 2034. The 20-year-old shortstop put up a .356 average and a .402 on-base percentage, piling up 140 hits, 24 doubles, 4 triples, 11 home runs, 58 RBIs and 75 runs scored. Lao Tian of the Surprise Shockers finished second in voting, while Cleveland Mortimer of the San Diego Clippers finished third. |
