Jimínez Selected 2034 SAA Outstanding Hitter Award Saturday, October 7th, 2034 The manager of the Irving Blue Sox said he thinks Juan Jimínez is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 26, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2034 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the USSL Double A Outstanding Hitter Award. His winning campaign featured a .328 batting average and a .399 on-base percentage this year. In 103 games he piled up 131 hits, 22 doubles, 2 triples, 21 home runs, 73 RBIs and 75 runs scored. Gerrie Bond of the Lannister United Lionhearts finished second in voting, while Greg Bugarin of the Irving Blue Sox finished third. |
