MacRach Nabs SAA Weekly Award Monday, September 11th, 2034 23-year-old Jim MacRach made a few San Bernardino headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 6 hits in 10 at-bats to put up a .600 average. MacRach collected 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. This year MacRach has hit at a .288 clip with 40 RBIs, 10 home runs and 43 runs scored. |
