SAA Choice for Batter of the Month is Mao Saturday, July 1st, 2034 Gong Mao made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the USSL Double A this past month. The Bethesda Atoms center fielder shined through the month of June and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 24-year-old hit .361 with 4 home runs, 20 RBIs and 14 runs scored. On the season, Mao is batting .355 with 9 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 41 games. |
