3AA's Best Hurler is Rodríguez Thursday, October 6th, 2033 When the call went out to the Yakima bullpen in 2033, Pedro Rodríguez proved equal to the task. Whether he was brought in to squelch a rally or just finish the game, Rodríguez gave his best at each opportunity. As a result, today the Hops reliever was named the latest M3L Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award winner. He made 42 relief appearances, logging 65.2 innings and 16 saves this season. He racked up 100 strikeouts, a 4-1 record and an ERA of 1.64. Israel Zorita of the San Antonio BC finished second in voting, while C'Bo Flemister of the Yakima Hops finished third. |
