Red-Hot Loen Scorches Highlanders Friday, September 1st, 2034 Soren Loen really sizzled at the plate in today's 9-3 win over Highlanders. The Salem center fielder blistered Asheville for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Loen was too tough to get out today," the Highlanders skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Soren Loen singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
