Hotspur Reserves Buried - Out of Playoffs Saturday, August 12th, 2034 After a tough year, the Phoenix Hotspur Reserves have been the butt of jokes around many water coolers in the Phoenix area. There will be some new fodder for jaded fans to discuss now -- the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Hotspur Reserves have missed the playoffs 15 times in their 19 years as a USSL Triple A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2026. In the last 10 seasons, the Hotspur Reserves have missed the playoffs 8 times. Phoenix has won the SL AAA Championship 3 times in their history. |
