PAAA Names Top Player of the Week Monday, September 18th, 2034 At the age of 30, Felipe Bruno might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Scranton first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .409 batting average. For his efforts Bruno collected the USPL Triple A Player of the Week Award. He racked up 9 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs and 9 RBIs last week in 5 games. This year Bruno has collected a .266 batting average to date with 100 hits in 376 at-bats, 63 RBIs, 23 home runs and scored 51 times. He has played in 96 games. |
