ParksNRec Geertsen Gone for Year Tuesday, July 25th, 2034 The season is finished for Jeremy Geertsen of the Pawnee ParksNRec. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The ParksNRec center fielder suffered a torn labrum while making a defensive play in a recent game against the Florida Men. Team doctors said it would take at least 9-10 months to heal. Geertsen is hitting .304 so far this season with 15 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He has 55 hits including 1 home run, 21 walks and .380 OBP. |
