Season Ends for Juan Ramírez of Key West Sunday, June 18th, 2034 The season is ending on a bad note for Juan Ramírez, reliever for the Key West Coral Reefers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Ramírez was hurt against the Port Royal Disaster while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for at least 7 months. To date this year Ramírez has won 3 and lost 3 with a 5.40 ERA, 1 save and 19 strikeouts in 17 relief appearances. |
