Ghostkeeper Nabs 3AAA Outstanding Hitter Award Sunday, October 8th, 2034 He may have less experience than most of his M3L Triple A peers, but that didn't slow Jimbob Ghostkeeper down at all in 2034. At the age of 24, the Alaskan first baseman has been named the winner of the M3L Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. He had a .357 batting average and a .432 on-base percentage this year. In 97 games he piled up 127 hits, 29 doubles, no triples, 15 home runs, 87 RBIs and 57 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." Felipe Soto of the Alaskan Humpbacks finished second in voting, while Dave Sienna of the Tortolita Drummers finished third. |
