3AAA Names Top Player of the Week Monday, September 11th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week Fernando Rincón of the Tortolita Drummers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rincón rocked opposing pitching for a .667 average (8-for-12), 1 home run and 3 RBIs to come away with the award. Rincón is hitting .307 this year with 2 home runs and 24 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .367, 17 walks and scored 22 times. |
