Franco Wins Menard's Third League Pitching Crown Friday, October 27th, 2034 Jesús Franco of the Montana Pandas outdid his pitching peers this year and has been honored with the 2034 Menard's Third League Outstanding Pitcher Award. During his remarkable year Franco posted a 11-5 record in 28 starts. In 173.2 innings he yielded 162 hits and 47 walks while striking out 118 and compiling a fine 3.16 ERA. Kyuichi Hori of the Charleston Battery finished second in voting, while Faisal bin Nabeel of the Oakland Oaks finished third. |
