Season Ends for Pedro Ramírez of Panama City Thursday, August 17th, 2034 The season is ending on a bad note for Pedro Ramírez, reliever for the Panama City Piranhas. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Ramírez was hurt against the Quebec City Les Bleus while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn rotator cuff and will be out for at least 5 months. To date this year Ramírez has won 2 and lost 7 with a 4.59 ERA, no saves and 57 strikeouts in 1 relief appearance. |
