League Punishes Pair for Fighting Friday, August 11th, 2034 Both Greenville and Ft. Worth held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at 84s Field have been suspended for 9 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the 84s Kanko Umaba and the Cattlemen César Manoel will begin serving the suspensions today. Umaba is hitting at a .281 mark this season. His stats show 15 home runs, 41 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has played 58 games for the 84s. Checking out his stats for the season, Manoel has registered no wins and no losses in 0 starts, 5.29 ERA and struck out 14 batters in 17 innings. |
