PA Player of the Week Selected Monday, September 4th, 2034 William Harper swung a blistering bat last week for Walla Walla, rapping out 8 hits in 21 at-bats against Walleye opponents to propel himself to the USPL Single A Player of the Week Award. Whenever the third baseman hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 24-year-old racked up a .381 batting average with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. Harper is batting at a .280 pace this season, picking up 63 hits in 225 at-bats with 8 home runs, 34 RBIs and 26 runs scored. |
