Kwak Acclaimed Top Pitcher in August Friday, September 1st, 2034 In August, Nam-shik Kwak tore through the USPL Single A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 21 years old. The young Provo starter posted a 4-1 mark and an ERA of 3.31 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 49 innings he collected 51 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .267 average. This season Kwak has compiled a 10-6 mark, 3.32 ERA and made 22 starts. |
