Washington No Match for Lucero Wednesday, August 2nd, 2034 Put-In-Bay BC fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Pedro Lucero blanked the Washington Generals, 1-0 at Put-In-Bay Ballpark today. Lucero stopped them on 5 hits while walking 2 and striking out 8. "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," BC skipper Frank Jackson said. "He was on top of his game in this one."
