Valley No Match for Craggs Thursday, July 27th, 2034 Washington Generals fans were pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard as Dan Craggs blanked the Valley Blue Sox, 2-0 at Washington Park today. Craggs stopped them on 5 hits while walking 2 and striking out 13. "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite," Generals skipper Jacob Curtis said. "He was on top of his game in this one." So far this year Craggs has made 15 starts, tossed 107 innings, struck out 88 batters and walked 40. His record is 7-5 with a 3.79 ERA and he has limited opposing teams to a .260 batting average.
