SA Player of the Week Selected Monday, June 12th, 2034 22-year-old Keith York made a few Phoenix headlines during this past week as the rookie shortstop proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Single A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 21 at-bats to put up a .524 average. York collected 1 home run, 10 RBIs and scored 4 runs. York is currently batting .297 with 3 home runs and 20 RBIs. |
