Ewan Manshert Named Premier 3A Player Sunday, September 24th, 2034 He may have less experience than most of his M3L Single A peers, but that didn't slow Ewan Manshert down at all in 2034. At the age of 23, the Hogsmeade first baseman has been named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award. He had a .342 batting average and a .430 on-base percentage this year. In 88 games he piled up 111 hits, 19 doubles, no triples, 18 home runs, 71 RBIs and 57 runs scored. "I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year." Cecil Nelson of the Alameda Airmen finished second in voting, while Jimmy Scott of the Highwood Hawks finished third. |
