Randall and Calhoun Brawl, League Suspends Them
Wednesday, August 30th, 2034
After an intense confrontation, both the Caterpillars Glenn Randall and the Bulls Jordan Calhoun were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Grand Forks-Mt. Vernon game. Both players will miss 2 games as a result of their actions.

"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Glenn Randall commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."

Randall is hitting .201 so far this season with 22 RBIs and 37 runs scored. He has 62 hits including 3 home runs, 30 walks and .278 OBP.

To date this year, Calhoun shows a 9-5 record, 20 starts, 127.2 innings, 111 strikeouts and a 4.30 ERA.
