Otomo Named Top Reliever for PL Friday, October 27th, 2034 Yajirobei Otomo came out of the bullpen and worked through tough situations all year, and for his performance he's been named the recipient of the United States Premier League Reliever of the Year Award for 2034. The 29-year-old out of Japan captured the award with 4 saves in 64 relief appearances, 122 strikeouts in 138.1 innings and a record of 11 wins and 8 losses to go with his 2.93 ERA. "I'm thankful, it's a great honor," he told Baseball News Network. Shu-de Cui of the Boston Patriots finished second in voting, while Sjaak Bonne of the Vancouver Grey Wolves finished third. |
