|
Amarillo turned a good effort from starter Jhon Aimar into a win over the Hudsonville Flanderses at Ballpark of Henderson. The final score was 11-1. Amarillo is now 47-38.
John Steele was a key contributor to the win for the Warheads. In the bottom of the first with two out, the light-hitting third baseman stroked a single to left. He was 2 for 5 with 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Aimar said.
