Tight Tilt Goes to Octopi, 3-2

Ogallala got a strong outing from Pjotr de Moor as the Octopi defeated the San Diego Clippers, 3-2, at Nebraska Aquarium. The Octopi have now won 5 straight.
One important at-bat came with the bases loaded in the bottom of the third inning. Facing San Diego hurler Jeff McDermott, Alejandro Cantú grounded out, driving in 1 run. The Octopi went on to win.
Cantú said the win provided a "big morale boost" for the team. "There's a good feeling in the clubhouse right now."
