Tied up with the Canonniers de Quebec in the bottom of the fourth inning, the Flanderses got a boost from designated hitter Jasper Humphrey. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, Humphrey saw a 1-0 fastball from Li-zhu Koo and hit a 2-run single to break the stalemate and put Hudsonville on top, 4-2.
