It was a fun time at Lawmen Ballpark, where the Ladue Rams and Franklin Fire tangled.

A 4-RBI performance from the 21-year old third baseman Ricardo Cardona helped the Franklin Fire beat the Ladue Rams, 6-4. The Fire have an impressive 27-14 record.

The Fire got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Thomas Flyer. For the game, Flyer went 1-1 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the seventh, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season gave Franklin a 6-4 lead.

Flyer told a Franklin Daily reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
