Put-In-Bay rode a fine outing from starter Jason Huggins to victory over the Valley Blue Sox at The Heron Refuge. The final score was 5-0. The BC now have a mark of 24-22.
Roberto Reyes helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run double to give Put-In-Bay a 2-0 lead.
"It was a solid team effort," said Reyes after the game.
