Late Rally by Blue Sox Secures Win
Gao Mar pitched a gem to lead Valley to a 2-1 victory over the Mancelona Torch. With their winning streak at 4, the Blue Sox have raced to a strong start this season.

Cisco Beltrán was the walk-off hero for Valley. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Blue Sox left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"If we play well, we'll win our share of games," said Beltrán. "The only team that can beat us is us."
