Bolen Throws 3-Hitter En Route to 7-1 Storm Win
Bob Bolen pitched a gem to lead Syracuse to a 7-1 victory over the Nebraska Plainsmen. The Storm bumped their record to 36-15 with this latest triumph.

Bolen was in the zone all game. He frustrated Nebraska hitters while giving the Storm 9 innings of quality work. Bolen threw 105 pitches, allowing 3 hits and getting 7 punchouts.

"Some of the guys in here work hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Bolen told the Syracuse Times.
