A 4-RBI performance from shortstop Curt Taylor, who is tied for 9th in the SA with a .311 batting average, led the Gwinnett County Black Cats to a 7-6 win over the Yellowknife Dragonblood. Gwinnett County is now 26-24, while Yellowknife is 35-15.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With one out, Taylor hit a curveball from Ron Harris for a run-scoring single. The Black Cats, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We battled our tails off to get this win," said Gwinnett County manager Tim Wilson.
